A Seasonal Autumn Menu – The most popular party format at ICE. These Hands-on Cooking Parties are perfect for a small group to experience the New York Culinary Scene… behind the scenes…. Each party is approximately 3.5 hours and begins with a 30- to 45-minute reception with either passed hors d’oeuvres or a stationary display. After guests enjoy some light bites and a drink from the bar, the highly trained chefs invite the group to participate in the cooking portion of the event, where guests are able to fully indulge their kitchen fantasies – you’ll even dress the part with aprons & chef hats! After about an hour of cooking, guests sit down and relax while the waitstaff serves them the meal they just made. It’s a truly memorable experience — plus, they even do the dishes! - Experience the "Village" on the way back uptown – We will check out the night life and see this diverse neighborhood on a Friday Night!
