Give your dancers the chance to perform at Walt Disney World. We put together the group travel — resort, park access, and a real performance opportunity — while your studio picks the dates and resort that work best. No fixed itinerary to fit into; we build the trip around you.

Studios that join this program bring their dancers to Disney for a group trip centered on a real performance opportunity. Dancers apply and audition for a spot in a showcase at a Disney-assigned venue, with all ages and ability levels welcome. Alongside the performance, the trip includes theme park time and full group coordination, so your studio gets an organized, memorable experience without managing the logistics yourselves.

DETAILS

This program is open to any dance studio interested in bringing their dancers to Walt Disney World for a group performance trip. Your studio picks the resort and travel dates; we handle checking availability, building the room block, and coordinating with Disney on performance scheduling. Dancers of all ages and ability levels are welcome to apply and audition for the showcase.


Every trip is quoted individually once we know your studio's dates, resort choice, and group size — reach out and we'll put together a custom itinerary and proposal.

Sample itinerary
​Day 1: Arrival and resort check-in
​The group arrives and checks into the resort together, with the rest of the day open to settle in, explore the resort grounds, and get everyone oriented before the trip gets going.
Day 2: Theme park day, park access begins
Park access begins, giving families the flexibility to move between all four theme parks and build the day around whatever their group wants to see and do first.
Day 3: Performance day, with private transportation for performers
Performance day. Dancers taking part in the showcase travel by private motorcoach to the Disney-assigned venue for their performance, while parents and siblings are free to continue enjoying the parks on their own.
Day 04 | Departure or extend your stay for more park time or personalized add-ons
The group checks out and heads home, or continues on for families who've extended their trip with additional nights.

The day count and order are flexible — this is a starting point we adjust once your studio's dates and performance scheduling are set.

FLIGHTS, INSURANCE, PASSPORTS, ETC.

Once we have the trip confirmed, and once the date is closer, I will be available to help secure flights and pre/post hotel reservations.
