We will be touring the filming locations for Bridgerton, Downton Abbey, Harry Potter, Midsomer Murders, Spectre, Pride and Prejudice, Inspector Morse, and The Great British Baking Show. We'll also enjoy a Magical Mystery Beatles Tour and many more intriguing stops.

Sunday 22 September 2024 Arrive in London and begin a panoramic tour on arrival, stopping for photos at the city’s landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye and Covent Garden. Visit the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London before checking into your city centre hotel and enjoying a welcome dinner with your group.

Monday 23 September 2024 Travel by boat along the Thames today to the historic borough of Greenwich. Used time and time again for filming locations for film and television, but most recently the fictional locations in Bridgerton. Enjoy a guided tour at the Queen’s House and stroll the streets of Greenwich, spotting the Wisteria class buildings of the 18th century that provide the series backdrop. Pay a visit to the Royal Naval College, instantly recognizable from films such as Les Misérables. There is opportunity to enjoy a West End Show this evening.

Tuesday 24 September 2024 Depart London for Oxfordshire today, stopping on route at Hampton Court Palace, the filming location for Bridgerton and its recent spin off Queen Charlotte as well as The Favourite, Vanity Fair and The Great. Continue into the countryside, where an expert local guide will take you to the famous filming locations of British TV classic, Midsummer Murders. Check into your hotel in Oxford, before dinner at a local restaurant in the city.

Wednesday 25 September 2024 Start your day with a walking tour of the city, visiting the filming locations of more British shows whose production set up in the city. Tours can be tailored to the group and can even add on visits to the university, used as a filming set for Harry Potter and His Dark Materials. After lunch, visit Blenheim Palace, dating back to 1722 and the backdrop for scenes in Spectre, The Young Victoria and Inspector Morse. Enjoy an evening at leisure in Oxford.

Thursday 26 September 2024 Step back in time today and visit the fiction village of Downton – or in reality, Bampton and Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Your expert guide will take you to local places of interest used as filming locations on the series including the village church. On your way to Bath, stop for a traditional English pub lunch and opening times allowing, Welford Paerk Estate, which is home to the Great British Bake Off tent each year whilst filming for this hit show takes place. Check into your hotel in Bath and enjoy this Roman city at your leisure this evening.

Friday 27 September 2024 No visit to Bath is complete without the iconic Roman Baths, which is a few minutes from your hotel and where you’ll begin your day in the city. Bath is full of Victorian and Georgian architecture, often making setting the scene for period dramas a directors first choice. Over the years, the city has been the location for 19th century Paris in Les Miserables, dozens of Jane Austen adaptations including Persuasion and Pride and Prejudice and more recently – the hit series Bridgerton. Visit (or should we say ‘Promenade’) the Royal Crescent and even see inside one of the houses with a trip to No.1, a museum of a house frozen in time and often used for interior scenes with grand period décor.

Saturday 28 September 2024 Take a change of gear today and go way back to the 16th century with a stop in StratfordUpon-Avon, home of William Shakespeare. In the afternoon, head north to Liverpool, a bustling port city famous for nothing more than arguable one of the most famous bands of all time – The Beatles. The Beatles Story on the docks will immerse you in the history of the bands rise to fame, before a farewell dinner with the group.

Sunday 29 September 2024 Enjoy a magical mystery tour of the Beatles themed landmarks around Liverpool before departure to the airport, either for your return journey home or onto Ireland for the optional tour extension.

IRELAND EXPENSION TOUR ITINERARY
Sunday 29 September 2024 Arrive on the Emerald Isle for the last few days of your tour. Check in to your hotel and head out into Dublin for an evening at leisure.

Monday 30 September 2024 See the streets of Dublin through a local guides eyes, on a walking tour of the city including the famous Temple Bar area. Enjoy some time for lunch before heading to the EPIC immigration museum, a spectacular immersive museum voted Europe’s leading tourist attraction 3 times.

Tuesday 01 October 2024 Take a leisurely drive to Co. Clare and visit the Burren Smokehouse for a tasting. After lunch, visit the stunning Cliffs of Moher, the jewel of the Wild Atlantic Way and the filming location for scenes in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Transfer to Tralee to check in to your hotel and enjoy dinner.

Wednesday 02 October 2024 Today head out to the beautiful Dingle Peninsula for a full day guided tour. Take in the stunning coastline and cruise the bay and harbour before enjoying a tipple at Dingle Distillery. Enjoy your last night with dinner in hotel with your group

Thursday 03 October 2024 Depart Tralee today and head to the airport, stopping for a visit to a hidden gem on route. The Newbridge Silverware Visitor Centre allows guests a look at the centuries old craftmanship of making silver jewellery. Also at the visitor centre is the Museum of Style Icons– home to some of the most beautiful costume collections belonging to Audrey Hepburn, Princess Grace, Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, the Beatles and Princess Diana – including her infamous ‘Revenge Dress’. Say goodbye to your group and depart from Dublin Airport.
