We have prepared a daily schedule that allows you time for relaxation and enjoyment of Ireland as well as the opportunity to connect on an economic development front. *The final itinerary of which businesses and support organizations are included will be based on the makeup and interests of the individuals taking part in the economic development activities of the trip.

Guided Knocknarea Hike: A guided hike to the top of Knocknarea can be a fantastic start to the day. This is an important mythological site and a guide will really help the group to appreciate everything The hike can be via a gentle path or along a path that is somewhat more challenging. After the hike the group can move into Strandhill village which is under Knocknarea. The options here are great and include lunch in a great café / restaurant / pub. Beach walk with Dr Prannie Rhatigan: Dr. Rhatigan is a medical GP with a massive interest and knowledge of seaweed. She can help everyone learn about the benefits of seaweed and provide a group session tasting various foods she makes with seaweed.
